See the solution in action:
SENEX is a high-tech enterprise specialising in the R&D, production, and sales of pressure transmitters, differential pressure transmitters, and temperature instruments. To further strengthen its position as a leader in sensor technology, SENEX sought an advanced automation solution for the production of Single-Crystal Silicon Transmitters.
By implementing SCAPE 3D Vision-Guided Robotics, SENEX gained the ability to identify, load, and unload differential pressure sensors precisely. Even with reflective, multi-type parts, the system ensures reliable handling and accurate placement in trays—an essential step toward achieving consistent, high-quality output.
Workflow:
The solution integrates SCAPE Software with three 3D scanners and a robot. Following the welding machine’s tooling stations, the system scans, identifies, and picks semi-finished parts from trays, positions them in the tooling stations, and then places the welded parts into finished trays. Once filled, the trays are automatically transferred to the warehouse for helium leak testing, ensuring a seamless, end-to-end production process.
Results & Advantages:
With SCAPE 3D Vision, SENEX transformed its production line into a flexible, fully automated operation. The results speak for themselves:
